Rüdiger Wolf AB is the privately held company of Dr. Rüdiger Lincke. It is used for long-term shareholdings and for personal product ideas outside his employment — currently an AI plugin for KNX building automation.
The company
Rüdiger Wolf AB is a Swedish limited company, registered in 2019 and seated in Växjö Municipality. It is wholly owned and managed by Dr. Rüdiger Lincke.
The company holds long-term shareholdings, and it is the vehicle for independent product work that is unrelated to his employment. It does not take on consulting assignments or client projects.
Public registry details are available on Allabolag.
Focus
Own products and exploration — not a parallel consulting practice.
Tools that sit beside the established KNX toolchain: project data, configuration support and diagnostics — not a replacement for ETS.
Language models used on structured engineering data, with ordinary deterministic checks around the model.
Program analysis and quality models — the field of the owner’s doctorate — applied to the company’s own products.
Current initiative
A personal R&D project: assist KNX engineers with naming, structure, documentation and checks — without taking control of the installation.
KNX projects already contain structured knowledge: devices, group addresses, parameters and documentation. Much of the repetitive work around that data can be assisted with AI, if the engineer remains in control.
Membership is needed for the official specifications, the development and certification framework, and exchange with manufacturers and integrators. The intent is a long-term product under this company’s own name.
Software engineer and researcher with more than twenty years in industrial development — architecture, program analysis, software quality, and technical leadership.
Rüdiger Wolf AB is not a consulting firm and is not a channel for extra client work. His primary professional roles remain elsewhere:
He previously taught software engineering at Linnaeus University. This company is for personal product ideas in a different domain — currently KNX — kept separate from those roles.
